Event description

Digital Jersey and the BCS Jersey International Section have got together and invite you to an event, Waterfall vs. Agile Project Management: When should you choose Agile Project Management?’ with our guest speakers Karen Gray and Simon Brown.

Traditional waterfall projects are planned, managed and delivered in a predicative way, whereas using Agile project management follows a different approach. Successfully applying Agile requires a paradigm shift in how projects are managed, delivered and measured. Karens presentation will highlight the differences between the waterfall and agile project management approaches and suggest when each should be applied. She will also provide an overview of Agile project management, based on DSDM Atern.
