Event description

Many of you will remember the captivating event in June, when we were fortunate to have Andy Malone visit us.

Please forgive the late notice for this event, but when we were offered the chance for Andy to visit us again, in conjunction with the Jersey Windows User Group, we jumped at the opportunity.

Welcome to the future! Its 2050!

In this fun filled and inspiring session join Andy Malone as he takes you on a rollercoaster journey into the imagination. Microsoft is the worlds largest software company but how did the dream begin? Take a quantum leap into the 1970s and then back to the future.

The dream was simple! Place a computer on everyones desk and then to connect it to the internet. Over the past 70 years the company has changed the lives of billions of people around the globe and beyond. With amazing technologies such as Windows and cloud computing. What the typical computer look like in 40 years and more importantly how will we interact with it?

Based in the UK, Andy Malone is a popular trainer, security consultant and international event speaker with over 15 years experience. Andy has developed and delivered ground breaking content to financial, government and military customers worldwide. His energy and passionate delivery style have become his trademark.

With his primary focus for Security, Andy enjoys a particular interest in computer forensics, auditing and social engineering. You can bet that with knowledge dating back to the 1980s theres often an interesting story to be told. But in todays fast moving world, cybercrime never sleeps and Andy continues to be involved with projects as diverse as identity fraud, security auditing and social engineering projects in locations such as Cyprus, the Middle East, Europe and the UK.
